house tune that uses sample from "I cant wait" by nu shooz

Hiya
Now I know this tune has been sampled to death but I heard this particular tune just once on pirate radio in 2002/3.

The tune doesn't actually sound like nu shooz I cant wait and is a kind of funky house tune but not commercial in anyway.

The vocal sample used goes "tell me what its all about....that I cant live without....tell me what its all about...that I cant live without"

I will try and get a sample but its on an old cassette so I will need to hunt to find it and convert into mp3 but in the meantime if you have any suggestions whatsoever please please post your ideas here.
