ID sample used in DJ Invi - Epsylon ( Happy Hardcore '99)

Hi there folks, I've almost rejected seeking for the vocal sample in this awesome tune. The sample can be heard at its best at 03:55. It seems like an old jungle tune, because a classic jungle break is noticeable at the background. It says something like:
"my head is bangin' to the ??? you're killin' me, please don't stop. Bangin' in your area, ???? stereo."

I'd like to know if it is a sample from an oldskool jungle/breakbeat tune or wherever it may belong.

Welcome to TuneID, Unfortunately I cannot help with the track name, but the sample certainly sounds like it is from a movie

"My head is banging through the windshield, you're killing me, please don't stop.
Boom banging in your area, caused the mass hysteria"

That is what I can decipher from the vocal, actually a pretty good track

@groovesection thanks pal! Sure your help has been really significant, as your impressions about the speech have kinda clarified things
I used that to figure a new sentence structure, and googleing this and that, I am almost sure that the whole speech goes like this:
"my head is banging through the windshield, you're killing me..please don't stop...boom bangin' in your area, causing mass hysteria"
I'd say that the last part (boom bangin'...) is taken from this tune from Vinyl Blair, about 03:48:Vinyl Blair - Boom Bangin' (In Your Area) - YouTube
What do you guys think? And in regards to the rest of the sample, maybe it would be easier to seek for the origin of this sample within this tune...like going straight to the roots...It's funny in a way, isn't it?

One thing I will say is TuneID has some really good members who are really knowledgeable, It may take a while but I am sure someone will be able to help you!
