Anybody know the more ravey breakbeat tune that sampled heavily from Frank de Wulf, Magic Orchestra?

Frank De Wulf - Magic Orchestra (CJ Bolland Remix) perhaps?
That's what I thought it might be but it's not. Every time I hear Magic Orchestra I get this other tune stuck in my head. I use to have it on a couple of old UK rave tapes.
mm ok lets fire a few up
Obertron-Insanity
D'Magnify-Manifestation
Dj Mayhem-Storm Trooper
MC Lethal - The Reaper (DJ Nex "Blame It On My Remix")

U know why it's a brilliant manipulation of negative space
Nice one Meltdown, some awesome tunes there but unfortunately not the one I am after.
I have found it on an old Carl Cox mix on Youtube starting around 8mins 30secs, if you don't mind clicking on the link below.

Uploaded a rip of the tune from Youtube. Sorry about the poor quality, I still haven't figured out the best way to rip off of the internet.
