if i had to try and 'pinpoint' when it's from it would be
after 1999 and before 2005. i heard it play by resident
dj's more than once back then. sorry for the bad quality
and the lack of info, this is all i have to go on myself.

Deffo sounds like a mix of
Marmion - schoneberg
Absolute classic with loads of remixes
Last one I got was 'man with no name' remix around 1996 - you may wanna check the 1998 release o remember there was a sourmash mix on a double pack.

Deffo requires confirmation but gives you a lead :-)
