i cant remember the name of this other tune but i can remember the synth riff ,please can somebody name this for me,

we are talking stu allan sunday night around 1992-93(i had it on a mix tape)


note-(it had these vocals over the top)-"i wanna make you dance-i wanna make you trance"

its pretty tough one to name this-ive tried many times over at 'back to the old skool' but nobody can name it?
