Could anybody please save my sanity and help me ID the track played at 5:03 on this mix

Im lead to believe it is a ruffneck alliance track aint found anything after hours / days of searching
only thing marginally close is this track https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrsQ3KRbnuQ (but only the vocals / guy screaming bit)
