not very good with these Bouncy tunes from this time period; but they sound like they could be on labels like Screwdriver or Shoop; maybe Bass X tunes or even Dutch artists like Bass D & King Matthew?!?!?!

Hope someone else better can help

not 100%, but ID2 could well be The Scotchman - Happy Vibes

    http://www.discogs.com/Scotchman-Hap.../release/21387

some other labels to check out would be:
    Evolution Gold
    Dwarf
    Terror Trax
    Master Maximum
    Overdose
    Die Hard Recordings
    Twisted Vinyl
    Arcade
    Notorious Vinyl
    Mokum
    Babyboom
    Inferno

Plenty of bounce in that lot!

yeah it was mainly the scotts and dutch. I grew up listening to Stu Allen on Key 103 every week and he used to play loads of it and I loved/love it. I do a slot every Tuesday playing this sort of stuff, so I'm trying constantly trying to find new(old) tunes.
