tune from a set which i got labelled as top buzz - frequency 1990-91.

ive done a few searches on the obvious but its leading me down loads of paths, so thought id chuck it out to see if anyone knows it.

if you listen carefully you can hear a beat which im sure you will recognise - hopefully we can nail this as im well intrigued given the number of paths this has sent me down!
