Anyone know this tune break/hiphop/old skool track ??

This was played on what is believed to be 45 instead of 33 on Carl Cox's -The Dream
Obsession set
slowed it down to it's 'original sound'

this is the file slowed down to it's original bpm which we reckon is 100bpm


there are a few samples in this which makes me wonder if it is a hiphop break for scratch dj's ...
the two samples that are 100% are

Jump Around- House Of Pain - (sample Jump up jump to get down)
Gangsta Gangsta - N.W.A (leave ya toothless then ya say god damn they ruthless)

Any help on this would be good
