Unknown 1998-1999 Trance/Hard House Tune IDs???

Can someone please help me identify these two trance/hard house tunes from 1998-1999.

These unknown tunes are taken from a Matt Hardwick promo mixtape from back in the day. I have enquired with him but unfortunately he doesn't know the tunes

Here is the complete mix to get more of a flavour of the type of tunes played. The unknown tunes are tracks 7 and 11 and both have vocal samples which make them quite distinctive. Any assistance with any of these will be very much appreciated Enjoy the mix
