Michael Jackson sample in hardcore tune?

Does this ring any bells with anyone. A hardcore tune from the early nineties with possible jacko lyrics. All i remember is " girl if ever, the going gets rough". I had it on a cassette with other tunes from the time, acen trip to the moon, dub war dance cospiracy, rush in the house ( e come alive!)
Not much to go on but if someone can help....
