Default Micky Finn from Awol Vol 2 1 track

Guys theres a single track off this set which I'm desperate for.

It has the sample of a woman saying, "This Love, theres a void, there shouyld be excstacy" and a sample of another woman saying either "I am not involved" or "I am not in love"???

Theres the sound of an air raid siren going off in the middle of the track.

It also has the sample of Flava Flav from Public Enemy shouting "Kick it to em, kick it to em, kick it to em, kick it to em man"

Anyone have any ideas??? It wasn't I'd on the Rolldabeats forum where the full lists of all sets were supplied.

    Many thanks

I think all the AWOL sets have been tracklisted and theres about 5 or 6 unknowns left. I would imagine this one is one of them.

Only tune i know with that vocal "there is a void etc" is

Hyper On Experience - Lord Of The Null Lines
YouTube - Hyper On Experience - Lord Of The Null Lines

    Might be a remix?

Yeah its the same sample, but with the added bit of the woman saying "this love" , theres a void there should be xtc

Its a summer 92 tune, so its well before lord of the null lines

    do you mean:

    Anticappella - 2√231 at Discogs

dunno which version but i know it uses the Kym Mazelle sample and has "I love you baby" in it, so might fit the bill.

soz - don't think that's right. It's deffo a Kym Mazelle sample from the track "useless", but anticappella used a different section to lords...

Dunno if the Kym Mazelle tip-off helps?

Nope thats not it. the sample says either I am not involved" or "I am not in love" and is looped over and over again. with an air raid siren going over the top. Its an august 92 tune.

Yer I figured it was wrong about 3 seconds after i hit the reply button...

Void of Xstacy by EQ uses the "theres a void, there should be ecstacy" but the version i have was early 93 i think rather than 92. Dunno any other tunes that use that sample though.

Finally found the tune I mentioned!

goddamn took me some days LOL

Headware - Outburst E.P. (Vinyl) at Discogs

Cryin' 4 More is the one thought it could be

2 versions on this twelve, one frantic breakbeat style and a more Housey version
