Would any one know who sings the first track, its called Fantasy

The 032192 .mp3 has to be a Terrence Parker production, it sounds so much like his other tracks from this period, but I can't find it. It's the last ID from that tape! I tried sending him a message via Facebook and will let you know if I hear back.

I've checked out all your others on soundcloud but don't know them, 42493 sounds like Jocelyn Brown singing is all I can offer.
