i recorded that track on tape 16.08.1991 from a swiss radio-show called "trends".

it sounds like "good beat" from "deee-lite" but it doesn't match with any of their versions.

any ideas? (i need to know artist, title and if possible mix-name)

I reckon that's probably Ellis In Wonderland - Good Beat. As it's the only Deee lite cover I can remember. Ed
