92 Bolland tune 'Alright.. all-alright'?

Hi, anybody recognise a tune CJ Bolland played around 1992. It was typical of the R&S style from that time though slightly more hardcore/ravey. It has a male vocal sample which says 'alright, all alright'. Sorry it's a bit vague but hopefully the vocal sample helps..

Thanks good guess but it's not the one.. the set it was from was full of R&S style tracks including 'La Musica Tremenda' by Ramirez, 'We have Arrived' by Mesclanium United etc..
