91-92 unknown sublime tracks!

I uploaded a short clip of a few tracks, the sound was ripped off a party video so the quality isn't too great. Hope anyone can ID these. Ignore the bit of noisy music at the beginning. The tracks I wanna know are the 2nd and 3rd in the clip. The 2nd tracks has a few short breaks, with a vocal shouting something like "Viva!" (or maybe 'yee-ha!') and "Love!" (at least that's what I make of it).

it may be too much hassle for you to cut up the mix in to samples but its even more hassle for us to download whole mixes to id a few tracks.

please make our life easier but sampling the tracks you need and upload them using the sites upload tools.
