    This is the tune but the one i'm after is mid 90's. I remember Vinylgroover playing it as the first tune of a Vibealite set around 95 or 96.

    I think it is something by DJ Ham (probably one of his many remixes)
    Dont have it any more,(sold all my happy hardcore recs) and i am probably wrong anyway
