I have been in touch with all the great Youtube channel uploaders and no-one has heard number 3 before - can anyone suggest a label I can look at or anything?

Still no clue on ID3 - if anyone has not had a listen please give it a go - I'm totally stumped, spent hours and hours listening to tracks but not heard it yet.

I expect this is old news to you but I am on here for the first time tune spotting and saw your thread and I am not sure whether you are up to date or not. That tune is definitely Quest - now will you believe. I dug out the vinyl the other day and gave it a listen. 100%.
