2 Chilled Female Vocal House tracks probably early 90's

First post - Hope I have manged to do this right! what a great site this seems to be.

I will have a good browse around to see if I can help ID any tracks, but for now I have uploaded 2 tracks off an old chilled out mix tape which was a close friend of mine for years. I have been trying to ID these for ages.

Both tracks have great female vocals.

1. Touch the sky - "I don't wanna be the one to let you down, I don't wanna be the one to fool around....".

2. "To break the ice, to sweeten your sensation, to make you so free...."
