Default House tune from '89 (or earlier)

Hey everyone. The attached is from a DJ George Kelly set on Centreforce FM during early autumn of 1989. Yes, it's been over 20 years of I've still not been able to ID this tune. I never heard it anywhere else apart from the tape recording I've kept all this time. Any help to nail this one will make me well pleased. Thank you for reading / listening

This is a shot in the dark, but i think it might be on this.

Various - The History Of The House Sound Of Chicago (12xLP, Comp, Ltd + Box) at Discogs

An old friend had that and the clip sounds familiar, not 100% it is on there but i recognize the track and he played this compilation loads.
might be worth checking some of the names on Youtube

Thanks for your reply groovesection. I have a CD rip of the whole album but never really got round to give it a proper listen. Just went through it but unfortunately it's not on there. Nice hearing some of the old tracks again though Thanks again.

Still not ID'd this one. Been listening to lots of the suggestions from previous posts but still no joy. Maybe some fresh ears can help...

Just had this ID'd over at Discogs. Thanks to diceindustries.

It's Rocko (3) - Here's The House (Vinyl) at Discogs in case you're interested.

Thanks for the input in this thread. You were all definately barking up the right tree!
