old signal radio hardcore/trance tune

used to hear this on Signal radio back in the days got to be 1992 ish.

1 of my biggest wants.

can only describe as

very trancey and male vocal going

" aw aw aw " until it reaches the break and uses a Mariah Carey "oooh" sample from Someday pella

it then crashes in to a HUGE wabbly synth riff which takes yer head off

probs got to be Belgium or German but would love to find out what is was!
