    I'd call it early techno (although everything was house in 1988)

    in fact i don't know the exact style ! i'm not specialist!
    perhaps a "hard" acid house tune from US like this one
    78th Street Project - A S.U.R.E. Shot Mix - 12" for sale at Discogs
    listen soundclip , the second track "Base Line Dimension" , a 88 joey beltram production

    perhaps a dub or a bonus beat of a acid house tune ?
