DJ Sy used to drop this one around mid 1993. I think it's on an Obsession set list from that time (Hyperspace @ Plymouth Warehouse?). He scratches 'Crowd Control' by Ramos, Supreme & Sunset regime into it.

The female vocal goes:

'Can't stop this feeling, inside my brain'

There are two mixes of it, one is a bit darker than the other. Been trying to track this one down for years.
