Help me with a Trance Tune from 2001 Please

This is an old tune from 2001 which I certainly heard played out a fair bit. It's about 8 mins in length and is mixing into PPK - Resurrection (Wellenrausch Mix) . I'd be overjoyed if someone can help me ID it. It sounds like it samples the clown gang song from "Akira". It was an intro tune for Scott Bond back in 2001 Gatecrasher and is pretty catchy. I'd be overjoyed if someone can help me ID this track:
