It's a North East Tune, I think the guys who made it had something to do with Wear FM, possibly producers of the shows back in the day, I have a Wear FM - Elevation Crew tape recorded in 92 and SR2 (one of the guys who made this tune) is chatting on the mic while the dj's are playing

P.S. don't be disapointed if when you get a copy it's sounds a little harsh, it's mastered with quite a lot of mid range on it
