Yes, I think I know the 1 you mean, I have it at home! The lyric is sampled from 'Ya Kid K' of 'Technotronic fame! If its the same tune I'm on about then it only came out as a white label! I'll let you know the name when I get home!

it could be M DJ Mad - r.e.s.p.e.c.t (palmares italy)
it came out on cool tempo uk as well.it's got that sample in i think.
