Hi I dont know the tune but typed in "on ecstacy" on discogs and this came up

Might be totally wrong but its in the right style of music.

just abit more info for anyone to help. its the first tack on dj apache @ omnitech acend to oz tape and the tune starts with the sample sayin - TAKE ME AWAAAAAY
