    Can only offer a guess:

    Slick 95 Featuring Truce - I Need To Know Now (12") at Discogs

    Based on samples of other Truce vocals, it sounds like it could be this, but I can't find a sample of the actual track anywhere.

    I heard this in a mix by Frankie Knuckles, but wtf was that mix called!
    Sounds very familiar, could well be the slick95 suggestion
