Detroit Techno(?) Track from 1989 DJ Huey mix - sample attached!

This sounds like Derrick May or Kevin Saunderson to me but I can't track it down, any ideas? By the way, I don't think the "We are about to take you into the world of the LSD User" sample is from the track. That's from Meltdown by Quartz and I think DJ Huey used to throw that into a lot of tracks when he was DJing.
