Simon Bassline Smith (Chill)? 92-93?

Posted some info about this tape on OSA music chat forum. Mentioned on there that I am unsure if this tape is indeed Simon Bassline Smith as it's more mellow? (more info on my other post on OSA). The samples I have attached are shorter than I would like but I had them from a while back to upload on another site. Still need to dig the tape out again but here are a few samples that I have been looking to ID. If anyone can help with the Id's or even confirm whether or not it is Bassline Smith (or maybe you know who it is?)
