    Default Dis Generation?

Sorry don't have a clip but it had the sample 'Dis Generation Dis Generation Dis Generation...Across the nation' from Musical Youth. I'd say it was from late 92 and remember it from a Slipmatt set. Any Ideas?

    I agree with Digital Delight,
I reckon its addiction on Viscious Pumpin Plastic 003 track B2
    Fucking tune!

    It could also be...

Swift & Zinc - Dis Generation
    Swift+Zinc* - Volume 1 (12") at Discogs

ive added clips of both tracks.
VIC 003.mp3 is addiction - mind penertration (on Viscuious Pumpin Plastic)
swift & zinc.mp3 is obviously swift & zinc - dis generation

I don't know the answer to this quandry but readin this might help me get a question or two of my own resolved!

First of all, I know the tune you mean and i'm wondering if you have the same Slipmatt set I have on tape back from 1991. It was the first hardcore set I ever heard and to this day it is still the best set I've ever heard of this stuff. On the tape I have that tune you mention is on side B about 10 mins or so into it with that "Please Don't Stand In My Way" tune mixed out of it.

My main quandary is - I am at my wits end trying to find out what the HELL that tune is (if we're talking the same mix here) that gets mixed out of Moby's "Go". Driven me pretty much mental for years as I'd love to know all the titles of the tunes that I don't know off this outstanding set. Unfortunately, my tape deck no longer works so I can't upload it to keep for posterity digitally This means I also can't provide a sample clip! lol

I was havin yet another fruitless search to try and find this set on the net anywhere and ended up clicking on Slipmatt's website. On his page where you can listen to mixes on media player, I actually heard this tune again on the Raindance 1991 set. If you go to this link and scan to about 11 mins and 26 seconds into it the tune I am after is playing for about a minute or two:

    ------------------------ ////////// DJ SLIPMATT \\\\\\\\\\ ------------------------

In fact, I'm gonna go and make my own post on this query now I think of it lol

Good luck with your quest my friend - so far I've had a MAJOR tune request answered and then some by the fantastic mod(s) on this site so wanna big them up again right now for I go

    Laterz!
