Piano Tune 1990 -1991

Sorry got no clip of this tune, can't find a rip with it on, bit of a cheesy one, think it will be a pretty easy tune to id for you people in the know, started with an air raid siren, then some piano with a woman's vocals saying something like: flow up high and fly away, come here some other day, hope you can help, think i heard it on a Nipper tape, thanks in advance.
