The Kid Unknown Nightmare remix sounds similar to 'A Walking Nightmare' by 'The Ultimate Seduction' - your clip is not identical to the version of 'a walking nightmare' that i know, but there is more than one mix, so it may be worth checking them out just in case (see link) Ultimate Seduction, The - A Walking Nightmare

Sorry to lead you on a wild goose chase if it aint one of those, but thought it'd be worth checking out, even if just to exclude them.
