1992ish 'find em fool em + forget them'

Please can anybody help me find this - these are the only lyrics I remember from the tune its 1992ish 'find em fool em + forget them'. It was on an old sasha mix tape I had years ago but lost. The only other part i remember is a woman sings something like ' when I was a young girl my daddy used to say' - at the start, but I can't be 100% on that. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help I will be eternally greatful.

Probably Garage(s)que mix from 1992 EP - it's a lot more uptempo than the '91 mixes.
