Piano anthem /w female chipmunk vocals... help!

This tune is sampled in a ton of modern breakcore and jungle songs, so hopefully it won't be too hard.

It has some standard piano chord progression and a pitched up female vocal saying what I believe is something along the lines of "Love me (something something) Love you".

The attached clip was from a song where it was obviously sped up even more than the original, so I slowed it down a tad.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
