can anyone help ID this tune?!

I think Dave Seaman did one season of a night called four by four at el divino in 2002, and I have two sets from those nights one dated 23rd august one dated 13th September, which I think might have been broadcaset on metrodance?! anyway, this track is from about half an hour into the one hour set from the 23rd, great progressive house track with a slightly wobbly bassline.

have never been able to find a tracklist online - anyone recognise it!?
