Its most probably this - Kid Andy & Nickle Bee - The Unexpected EP Vol. 1. A surprisingly good tune considering how relatively unknown it is.

It says on Discogs that that was released in 1994, this is definitley 92, got it on a tape of Impact FM, Swift and Zinc, Summer 1992. Cheers anyway matey thanks for ya time!
