I've had this id'd before as Hustlers Convention - The Groovers Delight EP 'Uptown'
Loooking on discogs Full Intention are the same people as Hustlers Convention and the Full Intention track was released in 1996... I've not heard it, but I'm guessing they re-released or put out a different version or summat.
