Francis, the mix i've ripped it from is from june 92, its got a lot of the other stuff he was playing at the time, blade runner, floor federation, m people and the like. Another version of 'don't you wanna be mine' i've seen on htfr is by absolute ft joe church, but i don't know how that goes.

After a 30 minute search i've found it, and it is "The Real Deal featuring Annette Taylor - Don't You Wanna be Mine" on X-Clusive Records.

AFAIK it was only promo'd, never officially released.

the only problem i have with it is that the set i've got has come from a decent source and the rest of the tape is defo 92. But as i don't know any differently i'll have to take you're word for it. cheers for digging out your copy to check it.
