Tune ID help please

Hi All,

Could someone please help identify this tune. It was played by a DJ called Craig Miller on Triple RRR FM 102.7 in Melbourne back in the early nineties.

Appreciate your time to listen. Hope someone know what it's called.

I thought it's logical name would be Acid Train given the sample in the track.

I'm also thinking bout this one, is a long time I heard this tuna, but the prob is that the tune also reminds me of a Dutch tune, believe from the crew round Erik Van Den Broek in Eindhoven.
