Dave Angel played tune around '92

This is gonnae sound right daft if you ain't heard the tune but here goes.
Standout samples in the tune are firstly, I think one of the 3 stooges, saying "Don't you have large monkeys in this part of the country"
And also a sample of an old steam train horn and the train itself.
I haven't lost it... this has gotta mean something to someone. Please reply if you've heard it even if not to ID. (that way i don't feel like an eejit)
Sorry no sound but that tape is lost years ago.
