I just had a look on Discogs and nothing, did a bit of looking on Google and it appears to be a white label/promo, I couldn’t find a cat no tho.

There was a release of this on :-

Monroe Production Co - Cat No - SFX001

However, it was also on a white which was Cat No SFX002
