Bowlers NYE 94 Bowa tune

Piece a cake this one guys.

I have a record which is a blue vinyl promo with nothing on it. One side has Congress 40 miles and the other side has a tune from the NYE 94 mix. Played on side 2 after JJ Tribute and has Loving you like crazy over the top.

Had a feeling it was Evolution but I thought Metropolis was the one that wen "cant stop the feeling" ooooooo yeh!!!.

Which one is this then?

cant stop the feeling is on the other side of the dub mix on the original label
