old hardcore techno?

Mid 90's hardcore techno tune, (dunno if this is the best place for this message jus the best forum i could find) starts with stone roses fools gold and then a sample 'are u on drugs' kicks in to a deep bassline. played to death by jay prescott. someone told me it was exodus records?
