could be DJ Vibes - Sing It Loud on Asylum its deffo not the original Asylum release but i bet it was re released as your sample sounds more happy hardcore bet you im on the right track

OMG! I remember this tune!!! Circa 95 I think. It featured in a Happy Hardcore mix tape I had 10 years ago.
I'm going to have to do some hunting!!!! Geez, all my tapes are now thrown together (unlabelled) in a crate. Should keep me busy for the next month or so!!
