Ital / Balearic 1990/91?

I'm sure it's Italian, & pretty positive it's from 1991 (but could be earlier), though it's from a 91 tape.

It's a tune that Richard Garvin used to play (he was just the king of Balearic stuff ) - Nog doesn't have one & nor does Mike
