Reach Up?

Hi,

Can anyone ID this tune - I don't have a sample of it. I can only remember the main chorus lyric which was "Reach Up, Reach Up" with a female vocal. It is 1990 or thereabouts.

I've tried searching www.htfr.com for a tune with "Reach Up" as a title and listening to the MP3 samples but I'm struggling.

Sorry for the extreme lack of info but any help would much appreciated.
