Unknown House/Techno from 91,92 or 93

This track is very minimal techno-house from either 91, 92, or 93.

The main sample is from 2001 A Space Oddysey (it's not Space Face - Sub Sub).
It has the sample "Open the Pod Bay Doors Hal." And then Hal responds "I'm Sorry Dave, I'm Afraid I Can't Do That."
Also contains another sample from the movie saying "Come In Hal, Do you read me?" "Yes Dave I Read You."

Sounds like something German from 1990 . . .

This one is definitely 'General Base - Mein Gott, es ist voller Sterne'

But I'm not sure which version. It's not on http://www.discogs.com/release/505845 so it could probably be on http://www.discogs.com/release/409479.
