Tried to get this ID'd a few times now. Anybody know it from 1994?

Sounds like something that may have come out on the Rising High label.
Perhaps something by Caspar Pound?
That synth sound in the background makes me think it's defo on a a Rising High release but the piano towards the end could make it something different altogether.

I suggest you get on SoulSeek and find someone with an extensive Rising High collection and have a listen to what they've got. Or even ask them to have a listen to your unknown. They may just know.
