Vocal break from Ital Piano 1992

Here's the vocal from the main break in the '1992 Piano & Sax tune' that I posted earleir - does anyone know this please??

(it's a weird vocal, the actual tune starts with a male spoken vocal really really low in the mix saying something along the lines of " come on & use the fear - move your body...???" then the woman sings "keepin movin' on" or "keep it moving on" or somein' along those lines??)
